SYFC END OF SEASON BANQUET

On Monday November 22, SYFC is taking over the ENTIRE Apex Entertainment facility to ourselves, and no other visitors will be allowed. Unlike our events in the past that had limitations on who can attend due to space we can now accommodate all of our athletes, their families, and friends with no concern on reaching capacity as we had in prior years.

We will also have our traditional gift basket auction with donations by each team as well as other items donationed by the Sudbury business community. At 8pm the attractions will close and we are setting aside time for individual grades and teams to have a final 2021 get-together with coaches to hand out end of year participant gifts.

$30/child under 21 and $50/adult, which covers the use of the facility, activities, and food.  Children under 5 are free.

All activites are included - go karts (subject to height requirements), sports simulators, bumper cars, bowling (including shoe rental), laser tag, and 3 hour arcade cards, apex kids (indoor inflatable park), and indoor mini golf.

Food menu consists of chicken tenders, sliders, pizza, french fries, baked ziti, salad, and soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages and specially ordered food are not included. 

Please note that this is not a drop-off event. Each child should have an attending adult responsible to check them in and out and be on-site to loosely supervise them during the event.

There will be a VIP lounge for adults (an adult-only area at Apex) so those not on watch can escape to a kid free zone.

ON-LINE AUCTION 
 
BIDDING GOES LIVE 11/21/22 @ 6:00PM & CLOSES @ 9PM MONDAY. 
No need to be on-site and bid - it can be done through your smart phone or laptop.
 
Each display sheet on site will have a QR code to scan which will bring you to that item and provide access to the rest of the items available.  BID EARLY AND OFTEN!!!  At the close of the auction winning bidders will receive a notifications and can check out to take the winning item(s) home or arrange for drop off or pick up with one of our EoS committee members.
 
 
 
EoS SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: 
The event planning team has put together a suggested flow of activities for the evening.  This chart will be available on site and on each lanyard (1st 500 to check in will receive one to hold the gaming card.  Please take a moment to explore the age appropriate activities for each level of the program and attendees.
 
 
 
GO KART SIGN UP:
Go Karts will be available for 5th, 6th, 7th, & 8th grade as well as our Warrior Cheer program...We have also sprinkled 4 Adult heats in as well for a total of 14 races during the evening.  
 
Please use the sign-up genius below to lock in a spot.  All racers must have a completed waiver and arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled race or they will lose their spot. EACH RACER MUST BE 58" OR TALLER
 
 
 
 
COVID CONCERNS:

After consultation with the Sudbury Board of a health we've determined that the most prudent and safest approach for everyone is to make FACE COVERINGS MANDATORY for the banquet at Apex.  Similar to the policy that is mandated in the town of Sudbury - MASKS ON AT ALL TIMES INDOORS EXCEPT WHEN ACTIVELY EATING OR DRINKING.
